AI Adoption Tools is a free, open-source set of browser-based tools — the CRAFT Builder and the Process Evaluator — published by Juan Gipponi. By using this site you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the tools.
What these tools are
Both tools run entirely in your browser. They help you think: the CRAFT Builder assembles a prompt from what you type, and the Process Evaluator scores a process and suggests whether to automate it, collaborate with AI, or keep it human.
They do not run any AI model, send your inputs anywhere, or make decisions for you. Any output is a starting point for your own judgment.
No professional advice
The content and results are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
The Process Evaluator's verdict (“automate”, “collaborate with AI”, or “keep it human”) is a general guideline, not a recommendation tailored to your situation. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and for reviewing any AI output before relying on it.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error. The scoring logic is a simple heuristic and may produce results you disagree with.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, these tools or their output. You use them at your own risk.
Privacy
These tools do not collect personal data. Everything you enter is stored only in your browser's local storage so your work survives a refresh; it never leaves your device and is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser data removes it.
To understand usage, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly and aggregate: it sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier, and does not collect your inputs or personal data — only anonymous metrics such as page views, referrer, country, and device type. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no other third-party tracking.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may also keep standard technical request logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation; see Vercel's privacy policy for details.
Intellectual property
